    Hello,

The T610 has 6 memory slots. They are divided into 3 independent channels, and each channel must have the same amount of memory to function.

Your configuration must include 6 sticks to operate (assuming the sticks are compatible)

To help you, you can take a look at the T610 user guide available here: ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_poweredge/poweredge-t610_Owner%27s%20Manual_fr-fr.pdf (from page 126 for memory)

A tutorial is also available to explain how memory works on this type of server: http://fr.community.dell.com/forums_daide/serveurs_poweredge__-_matriel/w/wiki/37.parametrage-et-fonctionnement-de-la-memoire-sur-les-serveurs-poweredge-11g-12g.aspx

    Have a nice day,
