My Nokia phone displays "contact service"

Hi everyone, my Nokia 7210c phone displays ''contact service'' every time I try to turn it on, and I don't know what to do, please help me solve this problem.

    Hello

    Unless I'm mistaken, it seems to me that this message appears when too many attempts have been made to enter the PIN code... And that the only solution to unlock it is to contact the operator...

    This is not due to incorrect codes.

      The other possibility is that it is "defective" (breakdown...)

      Try restarting it after removing/replacing the battery (leave it out for 2 or 3 minutes before putting it back)

      If it still doesn't work... I'm afraid a trip to customer service may be necessary (under warranty or with a quote request otherwise...)
