Problème de virus - Rapport Hijackthis

Bonjour, je cherche un sauveur!!!
J'ai voulu charger un lien pour voir en streaming la F1 sur le net et j'ai choppé un sale truc qui ralenti et qui n'arrive pas à etre zappé par un antispyware
