Unable to uninstall avira

Try with Revo :

-> Install Revo Uninstaller

-> Launch Revo Uninstaller
-> Let it load... (no more than 2 min) ...

-> Select the software to uninstall, then right click "Uninstall"
-> A window opens, select "Advanced" mode, then click "Next"
-> Let it load...
-> A window opens with the classic uninstaller of the selected software (for example: classic uninstaller of Google Chrome).
Proceed with the uninstallation like a classic uninstallation.

-> Once the classic uninstallation is completed, click "Next"

-> The software scans for leftovers, let it load...

-> If remaining registry items are found:
- Click on "Select All", then "Delete".
- Then click on "Next".

-> If remaining files and directories are found:
- Click on "Select All", then "Delete".
- Then click on "Next".

If items can only be deleted after a restart, restart your machine.

The problem is that I managed to remove Avira by uninstalling the program, but apparently it's a key issue.
I even tried to reinstall it, but it keeps bugging.

It's blocked HOW? Do you have ANY ERROR MESSAGE?

Otherwise, just format it and there will be no more problems ;)

same problem: after system restore avira impossible to uninstall.
Impossible to remove it with the windows tool in the control panel.

After trying to reinstall to uninstall (unsuccessfully), I used a software and there it worked:
software name: unlocker
(free software but sponsored so be careful during installation: refuse all other software they offer to install (all kinds of toolbars)
once unlocker is installed, you launch it, select the software to delete (avira or other) and select delete. Either it deletes it, or it puts it in the recycle bin and you can throw it away.

Run a search for "avira" on your hard drive to see if there are any temporary files left and there you go... no more avira... :-)

I tried everything and it's the same.

Have you tried Avira's registry cleaner given at the very beginning?

It's always the same. The thing is, will it bother me to install another antivirus?
And which antivirus should I install?

Be explicit please, is Avira uninstalled or is the umbrella still in the taskbar?

Avira is uninstalled, but when I try to install the new or old version, it doesn't work; it gets stuck!!!
