Grandin TV sound issue

I have a Grandin LCV32R/2 TV and for 4 months now, I have picture but no sound. This forces me to turn it off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on, but I have to do this all the time.
The sound doesn't stay.
I'm not a technician, I don't know anything about it.
What can I do?
Does anyone know the solution, please?
