Can we delete the files in the Log folder without risk?

Hello, when I turned on my PC today, I noticed that in my documents in the LOG folder, I have a file "Swf Converter.log" that is 10GB on my hard drive. I would like to know what it is and if I can safely delete it to free up some space

P.S.: I have the SWF Converter software on my PC.

    Well, in there you have the activity reports of the app. So it seems you can delete them without risk.

    Seriously! Thank you! But why is it so heavy! I don't even use this software often! But I've had it for a year.
