Keyboard and mouse problem after SHIFT (8 sec)

Hello everyone,

I'm having the following issue: yesterday while writing a little report, I held down the SHIFT key for too long. Since then, when I use my mouse, instead of positioning it where I want, the mouse selects everything from my second to last click. I pressed the SHIFT key again to find out how to disable this function, but nothing changes.

I also completely rebooted my machine, but nothing changes.

I'm using Windows XP SP2.

If anyone has a little solution, that would be super nice.

You need to hold down Shift for a long time :-)

I sometimes had this problem..... I would turn off the computer to get back to normal..... thanks to you, no more need........
