Hello, since yesterday I have a problem
When I open certain applications I get the error
"Extended attributes (EA) are inconsistent"
So here are the applications where I got this error:
Fraps, Bandicam, Installation of Virtual PC, Installation (CD) of Call of Duty Black Ops 1
This message is starting to annoy me because I haven't had any problem with this error before.
I've searched online but nothing works.
Apparently, I need to clear the cache of Internet Explorer or something like that but I don't know how.
Because when using Internet Explorer on Windows 8, there aren't even any options
For previous versions of Internet Explorer, I can't click on the wheel, the star, etc...
Otherwise Internet Explorer freezes and then becomes unresponsive.
Please help me
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 26.0.1410.43

Okay, regarding the problem: "the extended attributes EA are inconsistent"
a more practical solution would be to start your computer in safe mode and perform a system restore to a previous state. That's what I did and it worked well for me on the first try, I didn't have any viruses or anything else......there you go, glad if this can help....
the other solutions on the forums didn't help me in my case!!!
good luck!

Hello or good evening, the problem has been resolved for a long time and is settled on another forum. I went into safe mode and reformatted my PC! I forgot to mark it as resolved but thanks anyway ^^!
