Ordi qui rame qui se bloque

bonjour .... et merci d avance car j ai déjà eut besoin de vos service pour moi même!

voila, j explique! j ai Internet 8mega avec orange et son antivirus (dont d ailleurs ne sais trop bien si il est très efficace!!)

donc quand je lance le gestionnaire Internet pour y avoir accès!! il met parfois énormément de temps pour se brancher! et cela même si il se branche!! et bien sur pour couronner le tout pour l arrêter suis obliger de couper l ordi ( en laissant appuyer sur le bouton de lancement car si fais juste un démarrer/arrêter/ou redémarrer!! cela ne donne rien!!

donc j ai essayer!! o cas ou et en voyant ça assez souvent!! j ai lancer l antivirus orange!! rien niquel.. tout marche bien!! soit disant alors que non!!
après ad aware et spyboot ainsi que cc cleaner avec correction des erreurs!! ( il en trouver mais toujours pas mieux!!)

Donc voila!! encore incapable!! je me résous a faire appel a vous.. donc voila j ai télécharger hijackthis et vous fait pars du log.
