[Spyware] Fenêtre drivecleaner et autres...

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps, j'ai une fenêtre de drivecleaner 2006 qui s'affiche...comme beaucoup de monde apparement...mais depuis hier, j'ai d'autres fenêtres de diverses pubs qui s'ouvre quand je navigue sur internet, pouvez vous me donnez la marche à suivre pour exterminer ces problèmes.

Merci, je vous en serais trés reconnaissant car c'est vraiment désagréable.

Télécharge HijackThis :

Installe le dans son propre dossier :
- clic droit sur le bureau, tu choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe-le à l'intérieur.
Double-clic sur HijackThis.
Clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

Télécharge sur ton bureau :
http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu clic sur extrait tout ou extraire ici.
Cela va créer un dossier clean.

Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport va etre généré, colle le contenu en entier ici.

ok.

¤ Désinstalle FlashGet il est infecté par un spyware.

¤ Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) dès le démarrage et tu choisis le mode sans échec)

- Recommence avec Clean et choisis l'option 2

Dès que c'est fait redémarre normalement ton PC.

¤ Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2(en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clique dessus et choisit "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.
Une fois qu'il a terminé colle le rapport ici stp

j'avais le meme souci, sauf que moi je suis novice et je l'ai telechargé, mais je lai rapidemment supprimé, que dois je faire?
j'ai essayé de telechargé avec le premier lienque tu donnes mais je peux pas l'ouvrir?

Supprime le fichier en gras

C:\WINDOWS\trz41.tmp

¤ Alors ceci : C:\System Volume Information\_restore
Indique que ta restauration du système etait infecté ou est infecté, pour être sûr, nous allons créer un point propre.

Clic sur "demarrer", cliques droit sur "poste de travail", "propriétés", onglet "restauration du système"

¤ coches la case "desactiver la restauration du systéme sur tous les lecteurs", puis clic sur "appliquer"
¤ décoches la case et clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok".

Maintenant, que l'ont à effacés les point infectés, nous allons créer un point propre :

Clic sur "demarrer", "tous les programmes", "accessoires", "outils système", "restauration du système", choisis "créer un point de restauration" nommes le " ccm" par exemple, clic sur "créer" puis "ok".
Voilà, maintenant le point de restauration est créer
Si un jour tu le décides, tu pourra revenir en arrière à la date que tu as créér ce point de restauration.
En exécutant la restauration du système tu pourra remettre ton ordinateur à la date ou l'on à créer ce point de restauration mais tu perdra les modifications que tu aura faites entre deux.

Installe un pare-feu et met à jour ton Windows ça réglera bien des soucis

Désactive le pare-feu de Windows (SP2) il ne sert à rien puis installe celui-ci pour plus de sécurité

Kerio (pare-feu) : reste gratuit après la période d'essai en français

¤ Mises à jours ¤

Clic sur "demarrer", "tous les programmes", tout en haut "Windows Update" puis telecharge toutes les mises à jour qu'il te trouve.
