Play2win casino withdrawal

Hello, I requested a withdrawal of 200 euros from play2win, and in the documents they are asking for to validate the withdrawal, there is, among other things: a photocopy of the front and back of my Visa card since I made a deposit with the card..... !!!!! Attached is a copy-paste of my chat with the online service:

________________________________________________________________________

Charlene: Hello! How are you? How can I help you?

casino-pyke: Hello, I made a withdrawal request and the information they are asking for includes a photocopy of my bank card since I made a deposit via my Visa card. However, this information is CONFIDENTIAL...

Charlene: One moment please, I am checking your account.

Charlene: We are still waiting for your documents. I just resent that email to you, please check your inbox as well as your spam.

casino-pyke: My simple question is: WHY ARE THEY ASKING ME FOR A PHOTOCOPY OF MY BANK CARD TO PROCESS A WITHDRAWAL WHEN I AM USING NETELLER?

Charlene: because you made deposits with your card on the casino before

casino-pyke: You know very well that we NEVER share card numbers except on secure https sites.... So for me to provide you with a photocopy of my card that anyone could see and USE, I say NO!!!!

Charlene: ok

Charlene: that is your right

Charlene: :)

Charlene: I understand

Charlene: but the procedure cannot continue
________________________________________________________________________

Simple question: What do you think about it????

Play2Win is indeed on our list of untrustworthy casinos.

That's for sure. I'm waiting for the regularization of my refund and then I'll delete the software.

Hello,

I too had a bad experience with PLAY2WIN Casino. To sum it up, it's a huge scam!

I've been playing on this casino for a while, but I keep reinvesting my winnings...
In this specific case, I had received a bonus of 15 euros. This bonus was indicated as withdrawable for a maximum of 150 euros if one bets 1800 euros with it.

I started off pessimistic but actually managed to get a lot of winnings and exceeded the 1800 euros required to withdraw the gain.

So I tried to make a withdrawal, and already, at that point, I was told that withdrawal by bank transfer was not available...

I then approached the chat for the first time, and they told me they would make a request to support. I let a few days pass and still heard nothing, while the chat is normally very active when it comes to throwing a promotion at you...

I then repeated my request via chat and to my surprise, they told me that the bonus was ultimately not withdrawable. I raised my voice, pointing out that it was clearly stated that it was withdrawable and that the bets had been respected.

They then tried to confuse me by saying that the bonus was only withdrawable during their tournament period... I got angry once again, and then they passed me a manager in the chat with whom the discussion was short-lived.

The manager told me: a deport in September, in October and November, and in December...

I then asked him: what do you mean?

He said: you are neither VIP nor active, so I deleted the balance on your account. You are not interesting for us...

I was out of my mind behind my screen because for a non-active and non-VIP customer, I was wagering about 300 euros a week!!! that's over 1000 euros a month!!

Here are the images of the conversation:

This casino is therefore a huge scam on which you have no power as the headquarters is very far from France.

Moreover, BEWARE of the comments left on various sites like IGRAAL for example! These are comments left by the casino itself to make you believe that it is very interesting!!!

I hope my mishap will serve, as they are very convincing, speak very good French when you have them on the phone....

Here, I believe Guillaumeh has summed it all up well... a first-class scam, and when they understand that there's nothing more to squeeze out of you, you go from VIP to the status of poor shit... they openly mock you...
It's vice in its purest form, of course they feel completely immune since they are based in Curaçao... Well, not for long it seems, since a collective of some scammed players is launching a procedure against them there in Willemstad, the capital of this paradise... I didn't want to join in but the guys are highly motivated, two have even gone there to discuss with their lawyer on site who promised to take down the bank! In short, you need the means to go there and pay the lawyer, which I don't have...

In my personal experience, you're simply dealing with a well-oiled little mafia... so be careful if you play at this casino, you will only win... troubles!

And as Guillaume says, of course, all the positive comments are made or ordered by the casino itself... All the positive comments can only be fake!!!

To whom it may concern, hello...

Hello, I want to share my story with the casino Play 2 Win.
I've been a customer for a while now, and I've always been paid, although sometimes you wonder if it's not rigged!
The worst part is that I was flirted with for over 6 months by my account manager. We exchanged emails, he called me 3 to 4 times a week for hours, he spoke well, was attentive, in short, I fell for it. One day he told me he was leaving the casino for another one and that he would come to see me, assuring me not to worry as he would send me his personal contact information. I never heard from him again. He left my heart broken and I feel like I've been scammed!!
Has this happened to anyone else???
Could I have grounds for a complaint?

Hello,
a account manager spending hours on the phone with a client is unprofessional,......did he leave the casino? Castaldi has a son, doesn't this manager have the same name as that son?

Hi,
First of all, when I try to open the AAMS (equivalent to ARJEL in Italy) homepage,
it blocks access to the site.
As for recovering your money, it's going to be a mission impossible;
Here’s some really disappointing info about this site:
Registrar Status clientDeleteProhibited, clientRenewProhibited, clientTransferProhibited, clientUpdateProhibited

Hello,

Well, I too was scammed. By depositing with CASHILB (with no wagering requirements) I never saw the color of my winnings.

I feel naive for having believed the sweet talk of these crooks.

BEFORE depositing at this casino, check the REVIEWS, none of which are favorable.

We really need to ban this online casino.

I too have been scammed; I never received my winnings.

How can this FRAUDULENT casino still exist online?

I get goosebumps reading all these reviews from those poor people who were taken in by such crooks, and to think it's still happening.

WARNING, BLACK CASINO TO BE ABSOLUTELY BANNED, be very vigilant!

THIS CASINO SHOULD BE AVOIDED!

I don't understand why it still exists.

Thieves are fleeing

play2win and play2wwwincasino are the same and are thieves; they don’t pay, restrict the software, and abuse French players. I read a report online!

Not at all, Ludiv. They are two different operators. The software cannot be restricted; they belong to large software companies that provide software for hundreds of online casinos worldwide.
We are seeing more and more unfair competition online: like on .casinofrance.org or on .top-methodes-roulette.com. Blogs, of course, are not objective... since they are owned by online casino sites. Tropezia for one and Fairway for the other... if I'm not mistaken.
So, don't be so naive.

Best regards.

Play2win is to be avoided, it's a nice scam this casino.
After 15 days of waiting for a payment of about €500, I told them that without payment I would dispute my deposit. Supposedly this is a threat and so they refuse to pay. Total nonsense. Anyway, I'm starting legal action on my side. If others want to do the same, don't hesitate.

Hello, play2win is totally to be avoided. Since October 6, 2014, until today, I have been fighting to get my winnings. They finally transferred them to me (125 euros instead of 150 euros) because they also steal money from your winnings supposedly for transaction fees.
And to my great surprise, since I didn't let up on them, they blocked my casino account for reasons I don't know.
Avoid it if you don't want to be robbed.

How did you manage to claim your winnings? Is sending emails enough?

Hello, this is what should be done to avoid such casinos in France. And grouping together would be a good thing.

I was also scammed by this casino.

How is it still allowed to exist???

It's A SCAM, don't play at this casino anymore.

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.

We cannot do much about the withdrawals, but by bothering them, maybe they will eventually pay! How:
1- By making a first report to ARJEL (the online gambling regulatory authority) by email at ***@***.
2- By signing up with fake accounts on the play2win site using emails such as contact@arjel or ***@*** etc.... This way, these sites will receive all the spam from casino play2win and might do something against this scam site!

even if I take legal action. Ultimately, we should group together and ensure they cannot activate their casino in France.

Play2win casino should be avoided; they cancel withdrawals if you are inactive. I've never heard of such a thing... it's a real scam and this online casino needs to shut down for good.

Hello, I had a very bad experience with Play2win. After a win of 1000 euros, with the wagering conditions met and all documents in order, they refuse to pay me, claiming an inactive account, even though I deposited 200 euros in 2 months.
Basically, they want players to be in the negative; a winning player is not viable for them. If there is any legal action or journalists involved, I would like to be informed; they deserve to be dragged through the mud, these scammers.

Hello, what is casino-pyke? Is your chat not play2win?
Are you sure you are talking about play2win?
And which one, play2win.com or play2wincasino.com, because they are not the same

Well, everyone knows that to withdraw a deposit made by credit card, you have to send in evidence, it’s a law against money laundering

If you don’t want to send documents, then take the time to deposit using alternative methods like Neteller, Moneybooker....

Good luck

Hello

All banking documents have been validated by the Play2Win finance department. The withdrawal of 1000 euros has also been approved. I spoke to an operator on the phone who told me that I cannot benefit from this withdrawal because it was originally a bonus. It's a scam because the 1000 euros were indeed won.
