Fnac purchase / in-store pickup

Hello,
I made a purchase on FNAC.com in January with the "in-store pickup" option.
Unfortunately, I was not able to pick up my order and I was under the impression that FNAC considered my purchase as picked up.

Someone therefore picked up this order in my name (I suspect the employees since they are the only ones who have access to FNAC's information system).

Is there any way for me to get my money back for this order?

Shouldn't FNAC require an ID and the card used for payment to hand over the product to the buyer?

    Hello,

For the pickup, you should normally present an identification document and possibly a withdrawal voucher to print...
Moreover, you should have immediately alerted FNAC because it is now becoming more difficult to prove that you never picked up the product.
Regarding the suspicion of a pickup by a FNAC employee, it's unlikely since it regularly happens that customers do not pick up their products immediately. The sellers did not know if you would come by shortly or not...
