If you purchased this software, they are obligated to provide you with the "key" so that you can use it. It doesn't matter what promotional offers they later try to sell you. You paid for it, it's yours. Call them back and clearly state that you want your purchase; otherwise, you will file a complaint with the DGCCRF.

Do not give your credit card numbers. The purchase has been paid for and is therefore final. You have nothing more to do, and I would even say that it is they who should refund you.
