Hello,

Since yesterday, I can no longer use my computer. It asks me for the Windows activation key.
Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1.
Product ID: removed CCM Moderation
I don’t know anything about computers, I looked online for different advice but sometimes it requires downloading software that I can’t do anymore. It says that wininet.dll is missing.
The key is located under the laptop haha, I do have a Windows authenticity sticker but it’s really illegible.. argh I don’t know what to do and I could really use your help haha

Thank you for your quick response, but I can't see where to get that famous series of numbers that I need to provide by phone.

When I request assistance by phone, it says an error has occurred, code: 0x80070002.

Unable to start Windows Help and Support.
