Save a single sheet from an excel file

For my project's needs, I need to save only one sheet among all my Excel sheets.
How can I do that?

    Hello

    Right-click on the tab
    Move or Copy
    new workbook
    create a copy check the box
    Validate Ok

    Save the workbook with a new name
