Se débarrasser d'optimizer pro

Bonjour,

Je me suis aperçu ce matin en me connectant sur le net que beaucoup de fenêtre pop up s'ouvre sans arrêt pour installé tel ou tel logiciel car mon ordinateur est soi-disant ralenti, et plein d'autre fenêtre de pub... En cherchant un peu plus, plusieurs logiciel se sont installé tout seul sur on ordinateur dont optimizer pro. Je les ai tous désinstallé aussitôt et j'ai lancé une analyse avec mon anti virus (rien d'anormal apparemment). Malheuresement le fait de désinstaller optimizer pro n'a pas suffit car je continue d'être embêté avec toute ces fenêtres pop up. Comment dois je faire? Par avance merci de vos conseil.

Bonjour,

Alors voila a force de chercher une solution je suis tombée sur un site qui conseil de faire ceci :

adwcleaner ( comme tu me l'avais dit billmaxime, merci de ton aide)

un scan avec Malwarebytes ' Anti Malware (celui ci m'a mi en quarantaine des malwares)

un scan avec Hitman Pro (celui ci a retrouvé et mis en quarantaine Optimizer Pro et les autre logiciels s'étant installé tout seul sur mon pc malgré que je les avais désinstallés des programmes )

Verdict je n'ai plus de fenêtre intempestives me disant que mon pc est ralenti, les pub avec la mention "ads not this site" sont beaucoup moins présentes mais certaines résistes.

Je pense que le plus gros du problème est résolu, qu'en pense tu?

j'a regardé ton rapport (en vitesse) hier soir, et tu as 2 antivirus sur ton pc

2 antivirus sur 1 pc =risque de conflit entre les 2

je te conseille de désinstaller les 2 et d'installer avast 8(qui pour moi est meilleur que ces 2 antivirus)

qu'en penses-tu?

ps: il y a des outils pour désinstaller les antivirus

tu as d'autres infections aussi (mais on règle cela après)

Pour toi l'anti virus Avira n'est pas assez bon? Sinon je peux installé Bit défender, il me reste une licence, tu le trouve meilleur?

Je n'utilise pas mc afee donc je vais le désinstaller.

si ta licence bitdefender est encore valable, oui tu peux l'installer

avira et mcafee je ne les trouve pas bon

dis moi quand c'est fait, et si tu comptes installer bitdefender ou avast

ok, tu vas faire ceci maintenant

télécharge roguekiller sur ton bureau

le lien https://www.luanagames.com/index.fr.html

le tuto http://tigzyrk.blogspot.be/2012/10/fr-roguekiller-tutoriel-officiel.html

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

laisse faire le prescan, puis clic sur scan

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\RKReport[#].txt)

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

ok, maintenant fais ceci

télécharge usbfix sur ton bureau (clique sur la flèche verte)

le lien https://toolslib.net

si ton pc émet 1 alerte, ignore la

branche toutes tes sources de données externe a ton pc (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir

le tuto https://www.malekal.com/tutoriels-logiciels/

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

choisis le mode "suppression"

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\UsbFix.txt

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

Bonsoir,
j'ai téléchargé usbfix mais mon anti virus l'identifie comme un virus , le bloque et le supprime tout de suite. J'ai donc enlever l'alerte de l'anti virus et récupéré usbfix mais rien a faire il ne veut pas s'ouvrir.

Tu pense que je suis encore infecté?

oui, ton pc est encore infecté et a mon avis tu as mal désactiver bitdefender

j'ai trouvé ceci pour désactiver bitdefender

quand tu l'auras désactivé, exécute usbfix et poste le rapport

exécute zhpfix en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

c'est l'icône en forme de seringue

copie tout le texte en gras ci-dessous

dans zhpfix clique sur le 2ème bouton en haut a gauche (coller le presse papier)

clique sur GO en bas de page a gauche, puis sur oui pour confirmer

le nettoyage des données

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\zhpfix.txt

poste le rapport via ce lien https://www.cjoint.com/

télécharge encore purera sur ton bureau

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

pour la configuration regarde l'image
