Ma clé est illisible ;quoi faire (infection possible)?

Bonjour,

j'ai une clé usb qui est devenue illisible pour mon PC et mon mac. Après avoir lu les post j'ai utilisé Usbfix dont le rapport se trouve ci-dessous. Pouvez-vous me dire si j'ai effectivement des virus et comment m'en débarasser?
