Remove security warning message on touchscreen tablet

Hello,
I have a MEMUP slidepad 116 C tablet and when I connect to a site, a message appears: "security warning - the security certificate for this site has problems - this certificate is from an untrusted authority"
how can I remove this message which is very annoying

    To avoid this window from appearing:
    Go to settings at the top right of your browser >Privacy and security > Uncheck security warning.
