Issue with OpenOffice and "another instance"

Hello,
When I turn on my computer, an OpenOffice message appears saying: "Another instance of OpenOffice.org is accessing your personal settings or blocking them. Simultaneous access may cause inconsistencies in your personal settings. Before proceeding, make sure the user 'properly quits OpenOffice.org on the host'."
And when I turn on the internet, after barely 1 minute, the computer shuts down, automatically restarts, and displays a blue page with writings in English. (I don't understand the connection between OpenOffice and the internet).
I consulted sites that suggested deleting the ".lock" file in the "hidden files," I did it, but it did not solve the problem.
