A host is blocking me on my computer

Hello
I cannot modify or uninstall OpenOffice because another instance of OpenOffice is accessing your personal settings or blocking them. I am the only one on this computer.
Please let me know how to remove this unwanted host (probably me, actually)
Regards

    Hello,

The first step is to check if the OpenOffice service is running:

Method for Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10:
Press the Windows & R keys simultaneously.
In the window that appears, type
    taskmgr
    and then press Enter.

If you have a small interface, you can click on "More details" to see everything.

If you see a service resembling OpenOffice, select it and click on "End task"

      Thank you Mottiera
      I did what you proposed, there were 5, then I was able to uninstall 4 1 3 and download 4 1 5.
I have the same message even though I can't find anything in taskmgr that looks like Open Office.
If I say yes, am I taking a big risk? I put all my folders on an external hard drive. Would Libre Office be better?
Thanks in advance, it's tough for grandmothers!!

Forcing the uninstallation of the software will have no impact on your files.
In terms of usage, I haven't noticed any particular difference between OpenOffice and LibreOffice. The only difference is legal, as OpenOffice is commercial while LibreOffice is free of rights.
      I remain at your disposal.
