"Minus" key, "Plus" key

Hello,

I am unable to use the "minus" or "plus" keys. I have a laptop and my keyboard is Canadian, English language, model: standard 101/102 Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2Key.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

      It didn't work. My daughter solved my problem: For "Open Office Writer", I go to "Insert", "Special Characters" for Times New Roman.
