J'ai grandement besoin de votre aide!
J'ai depuis plusieurs jours pas mal de messages d'erreurs qui apparaissent sur mon pc à différent moment et je ne sais plus faire fonctionner plusieurs choses.
- Impossible de lire les vidéos des sites genre Youtube ... --> message spécifiant que adoble flash a planté
- Impossible de lire une vidéo avec Média Player, VLC, ...
- Impossible de mettre à jour windows
- ...
Bizarrement, ça coïncide plus ou moins au moment où j'ai supprimé Mc Afee (aucune certitude) pour mettre Avast. J'ai l'impression qu'un fichier clé du PC a été enlevé et ne permet plus le fonctionnement parfait de mon ordi.

- J'ai testé une restauration du système et ça n'a rien changé.
- Je viens de faire un sfc/scannow et à 100% d'analyse j'ai ceci qui s'affiche
... troivés des fichiers endormagés, n'a pas réussi à tous les réparer Des détails sont inclus dans le journal CBS.Log windir/Logs/CBS/CBS.log Par exemple C:/Windows/Logs/CBS/CBS.log
Que faire? Est-ce ça ou un conflit d'antivirus?

J'ai désactivé avast pour le faire. Je ne sais plus où je l'ai téléchargé.
Fait ceci:
Télécharges ZHPDiag de Nicolas Coolman sur ton bureau:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/24803-zhpdiag/
*Fermes toutes les fenêtres actives.
*Clic droit dessus, Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur pour lancer l'installation qui te mettra 3 nouvelles icônes.
*Clic droit sur ZHPDiag, Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
*Clic sur l'icône Options et coches Tous.
*Clic sur l'icône Loupe pour lancer l'analyse.
*Laisses l'outil travailler sans toucher au PC.
*A la fin de l'analyse,clic sur l'appareil photo et enregistres le rapport sur ton Bureau. Tu peux refermer ZHPDiag.
*Le rapport est trop long pour me faire un copier/coller, rends toi sur ce site: https://www.cjoint.com/ , clic sur Parcourir pour retrouver ton rapport, clic sur Ouvrir, clic sur Créer le lien, un lien en bleu apparaîta, clic droit dessus, Copier, reviens dans la fenêtre des messages ci dessous, clic droit, Coller et tu valides.
Télécharges ZHPDiag de Nicolas Coolman sur ton bureau:

Désactive Avast et si tu as d'autres programmes de protection, aussi.
Supprime ton téléchargement de ZHPDiag et télécharge le ici: https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
Et ressaye de l'installer.
