Sims 2 Shipwrecks: Antique Doors

Hi everyone, I have a problem:
In The Sims 2: Castaway, I'm at the volcano and I can't inspect the geyser plains or the ancient door, actually in the end I can't open ANY of them.....!
Does anyone have a suggestion??? Please

    For the geyser's full, you need to have the hammer and the stone chisel. To the right of the geyser, there is a sort of hill. Go there and have it examined, and your Sim will take care of the rest.
    For the ancient doors, you need all the hieroglyph tablets. Assemble them on the workbench, then go back in front of the door and have it examined. Your Sim will handle the rest!

      Hi, thanks for the response!
      But I can't get to the geyser rock when I "inspect," my sim does a movement like "Um, I don't know." Even if I have the chisel and hammer, it doesn't work, please help me

        You shouldn't stand in front; you need to go around. There's a small path to the right that leads you right next to the rock blocking the passage. At that moment, your sim inspects and takes the hammer and the loot, and moves the rock, making the passage accessible. So, it’s not very clear though, sorry.
