CineCrystal doesn't mean much: it's just the way Acer calls its LCD screens (a bit like "Retina"). Acer's LED screen is called "CrystalBrite."
Personally, I prefer LED (and its variations: OLED and AMOLED): lower persistence (there are fewer "traces" behind fast-moving objects on the screen), higher contrast and brightness. Price too, by the way.
The best thing is still to go see them functioning in the store. You'll immediately see which one you prefer...
