Installation du Play Store Closed

Hello,

I recently bought an mpman tablet (mid102c) but I’m starting to get desperate because I can’t install the Play Store.
Could one of you suggest a simple tutorial to understand since, as my username suggests, I'm a real beginner in this area.

Hello

Any tablet that did not come with the Play Store pre-installed is not compatible with the Play Store.

Even if you manage to download the Play Store app, you will not be able to download applications.

Are you really sure about this? Because there are identical topics on this forum that have been resolved even though the Play Store was not installed.
If that's not the case, reassure me because my tablet is running Android 4.0 after all.
