Issue accessing a roundcube webmail email address

Hello,

I have had an email address on Roundcube webmail for several years.
Since last week, I can no longer access my emails: my password is no longer accepted "authentication error". I have of course checked my password and username numerous times.....
What can I do?

    Is there not a "forgot password" link or something like that?

    They will send your credentials to the address you provided during registration or they will make you answer a question like "the name of your first pet."
