So here it is, my sister has created a Facebook account, but she no longer remembers her password, or her email address, she would like to delete this account permanently, but we don't know how to do it.

Absurd is the word indeed!
After sending 6 reports in order to delete my old account (which dates back more than 5 years; yes, young people!), without any results obviously, I find it impossible to find a contact email in the help section of this site...
It's easy to trap people by putting them at ease and then hiding who knows where!
