Hello,
it's rare for our parents to know well their download limits, upload speed, or other details... Is there a way to find out these details, with a program?
But that is not my question, although I am also wondering about that. My question is: What happens when we reach the maximum download limit?

If you reach your limit, you have to wait until the end of the month for it to "recharge." To find out how many MB you have left, you need to go to your provider's website (yes, it's annoying to do) and log in to see what you have remaining.

  Yes, it's true that we can do that, but we need the credentials to log in, and when I download when I'm not allowed to, and I ask "Can I check how many GB we have left...?", it's not very subtle, so I would need a program to find that out, if possible...

Check the synchronization rate in the box interface
and when you reach the maximum speed everything blows up
