PS3 Backup Download???

Hello,
I would like to know two things. The first is if you know of a good PS3 save backup site where I could download PS3 game saves (especially for Naruto STORM 2 if possible). The second thing is if I find saves, how do I put them on my PS3 and with what?
Is it possible to do this with a USB flash drive?

I will explain the procedure step by step:
**Download the file (the backup) from a site like "la fouine007" you mentioned, for example: www.savemygame.fr
**Then, insert your USB key into your PC, then at the root of this key, create a folder named "PS3", enter this folder, and then create a new folder titled SAVEDATA"
**Now, all you have to do is put the SAVE you downloaded into the SAVEDATA folder (the folder you created on your USB key).
**Remove your key and insert it into your console.
**On the XMB, go to your saved game data. Select your USB key. The backup you downloaded should now be visible.
Press the "triangle" button and then "Copy"
There you go, the procedure is now complete. All that's left is for you to play.

Do I download the game save directly to my PC or do I download it using software?

2nd---
What does (XMB<--- DEFINITION) mean? Could you explain this step better even if (and I thank you that you have already done it so well).
