I have a big problem,

I had a Steam account and I got banned for cheating.
I decided to buy the game Counter-Strike Source.
When I got home, I reinstalled it.
I thought I would enter my new CD Key into my old account that has been banned.
So I entered it, and it did nothing; I am still banned from secure servers.
Yet I have a new CD Key?
Then I thought I would create a new Steam account and I would be able to enter my new CD KEY.
But they tell me that the CD KEY is already used by someone else!
What should I do?

Did I just throw $22 in the trash?

Please help me!?

I'm completely different, a guy named Deuka (on Counter) wanted to get me into his team, but I'm a noob on the net and he asked me for my Steam account username. I gave it to him, and he said he could level me up, but for that, I needed to give him my password. I trusted him and gave him my password, and then this jerk changed my password and didn't stop there; he also deleted my blog.... Anyway,
