Good evening,
As the title suggests, would it be possible to call upon a spirit without any accessories? Only with one's thoughts or some other means. Please, enlighten me on this subject... I lost my cousin, and I miss her immensely. She shared everything with me; I laughed with her, I told her everything. Please help me!

    I'm very sorry to hear what happened to your cousin, but I don't think calling her through spiritism or another method is a solution; it can even be very dangerous, so I wouldn't recommend doing it (know that as long as you think of her, she is with you). If you still want to go ahead with it, you can try the Ouija (sorry for the spelling); write the letters of the alphabet on a piece of paper along with the words "yes" and "no." Take a glass, turn it upside down, place it in the center of the paper, put your finger on top, ask your questions, and normally the glass should move. That's all I can suggest, but good luck to you.

      it can be frightening, challenging, but not dangerous...

      But honestly, I wouldn't even dare to try the Ouija for fear of encountering a lower astral spirit. I don't want it to linger in my house haunting me for eternity. I would like a safe way to communicate securely.

    I understand that this is very hard for you, but death is also part of life...

    Well, to really answer your question, yes, it is quite possible without props. If you truly want to try this possibility, just be careful. You won't be able to choose the spirits you want to "see"; once you reach that state of mind (which, let's not forget, is a wonderful gift but very hard to acquire), everyone will be free to come and talk to you. There are ways to cut yourself off from this "parallel" world to have some peace for a while, but I doubt you'll be able to do that right at the beginning.
    My goal is not to discourage you; I just wanted to inform you a bit about this amazing and terrible gift at the same time.
    If I haven't answered (or have answered very poorly) your question, I apologize. Feel free to ask more as well ;)

        Maybe you can find something on the internet, but the best way is to learn with a real medium. If you already have a gift for it, that's always better to start with :) But if not, don't worry, everyone is capable of it in the long run, more or less.
