PC started making noise

Hello,

Last night, my PC started making a noise (like an alarm, I actually confused it), while having a black screen, after I long pressed the "power" button.
I finally managed to stop the noise; for my part, I had an explanation: I received security messages indicating that my Windows Firewall was disabled.
I enabled it, only to realize later that the Bitdefender firewall was also enabled; could that be the cause? (I ended up disabling the Windows one)

    nothing to do with the firewall, this type of alarm can occur mainly in the following cases:

    - low battery (on a laptop, obviously)
    - critical temperature reached
    - hardware issue
