Hello,
I am working with Excel 2010 and I have a little filtering issue. To make it simple, I have a table of staff records in which I have 4 groups.
I would like to create a filter on the first column to select the groups but also to remove the rows where there are empty cells (so they don't show up anymore since they correspond to staff members who never come, so from a practical point of view, they might as well not appear).
When I uncheck the "blanks" box, it also removes my header even though there are no empty cells!!!

I think it's clearer this way
So my question is: how do I create a filter on two columns and not the whole table?
How can I keep the full title???

Here is my approach
Thank you all!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

Hello.
We can't do anything with your photo!
We need the Excel file itself to work on it.

Hello everyone,
and if you want to, select A7:B7 before applying the filter for only 2 columns.

Well, that's that.
