Sennheiser 4200 headset issue

Hello,

I got a Sennheiser 4200 wireless headset for Christmas and it doesn't work, at least not for more than 3 minutes. It turns on and shuts off after a few minutes.
I adjusted the volume of the headset via my TV: it didn't help...

Does anyone know the problem?

I don't know the problem, but I would advise you to go to the store where you bought it; it's one of the best solutions for me.
