How to add a bank account on Ciel Invoicing.

Hello,

I sincerely thank whoever can help me with this problem.
I'm wondering if it's humanly possible to add a bank account details (RIB) on this software.
I've been searching for hours but I don't understand.
It should be quite simple though. It's one of the first things to do for a company, right?
I'm wondering if I should ask for a refund since this software isn't intuitive at all!!

    Well, I'm going to take the time to respond too...
    Yes, I'm a bit angry, and there's reason to be!! Here are more exclamation points.
    I can't understand how a software costing over €100 doesn't come with a user guide.
    I also can't understand why I call a helpdesk every day for 15 to 20 minutes without any response. Not even a wait time...
    It's becoming completely ridiculous.
    All this because I want my bank details to appear on an invoice in a software called Ciel Facture...
    I feel like I'm dealing with SFR from five years ago...
    I imagine you, the kind Mr. who responds voluntarily (ha ha) on a forum, can understand me.
    I also want to point out that I'm angry with Ciel and not with you at all!
    It's a shame you take it personally.
    And I'm not the only one who is angry about this kind of issue (it seems to me)
    Stop shouting (it's funny), it actually makes me smile.
    I'm just wasting a lot of time stressing over software for something fundamental for any business!
    How is it possible to conceive for a moment: not being able to display bank details on an invoice?
    It drives me crazy...

    Hello, to ensure that your invoice matches exactly what you want, you need to
    go to folder-options-preferences-billing-entry and click on standard

    then go to my models - invoices
    and there you can create the type of invoice that suits you, so to add your bank details, you just need to create a comments section at the bottom of the list.

    Please note that if you switch to standard mode, the entry for your invoices is no longer the same; it’s in the form of a table and not an invoice, but the printout corresponds exactly to what you created as a model

    Hem... So, why this sudden use of "tu" at the end of the message?

    Here are a few last responses:

    1/ I'm questioning your way of doubting that I'm answering voluntarily... did I ask for anything in return for the time I spend responding to users?? I don't understand this cynical tone at all, but I assume you have your reasons... which belong only to you. Anyway.

    2/ In your first message, you mentioned "adding a bank account to this software." You'll agree that the request is very vague. I just barely understood WHERE you wanted to add a bank account (because you only just mentioned it). There are several places where this can be done. And no one can guess what you didn't clearly indicate.

    3/ No user guide?? Of course there is. It's available in PDF format, accessible from your software (left toolbar if it's displayed), or from the Help menu. Or even in the folder on the hard drive where your software is installed. Simple, practical. But obviously, when you're upset, you can't find anything.

    4/ Last info: invoice templates can be found in the "Configurable States" section. I'll let you search, I have no desire to help you further given your tone.

    Come on, let's stop wasting time.

    Thank you for your response.
    I have the 2013 version purchased less than a month ago!
    Today, I tried the support service!!!! 19 minutes without any answer!!!
    And of course, no one is available in the sales department!!
    It's a nightmare!!! I'm wasting a ridiculous amount of time on a critically important feature!!

    I don't understand at all!
    I don't have a "Bank" in the List menu. Even when I create another list...

    This is a "light" version of the commercial management, I understand that you don't have the same menus.
    I assume you have gone through the Company, Billing, etc. settings.

    I suggest that you continue with Ciel support before the end of the 30-day period.
    The period is quite busy for them right now, but they will get back to you.

    Apparently you work for Ciel... You surely have the answer.
    I tried your lousy hotline again today... 15 minutes without an answer.
    It's crazy, software costing over 100 euros without a user guide!!!
    With no one to talk to.
    And it's the leading company in its market.
    This is really a rip-off!
    I think I will return this software!!!!

    I am half American, so I'm comfortable with using the informal "you."
    I want to include a bank account number on my invoices. This was very clear from the beginning, as stated in my first message. Just as I described the software used in the title of my first comment.
    The user guide is not complete. Not at all. There is no information regarding my problem. Not everything is accessible.
    I also tried to modify my template. But like many other users, it does not display even when selected as default.
    As for the volunteer work, I wonder why your avatar is not anonymous then????
    I have studied Marketing, and I know that you are often paid to intervene on social networks and elsewhere.
    I have quite a bit of knowledge in IT; I have written several user guides myself for various complex CRMs... And the one available online on my Ciel account really does not address my questions at all.
    I imagine you can understand my position.
    However, I have a hard time understanding yours. I have had this software for almost a month and I am not making progress because I have no way to display a bank account number on an invoice.
    Right?

    And I can guarantee you that I have looked in every direction!!!!

    First of all, let's try to calm down, shall we? You pepper your messages with exclamation points, which clearly shows that you are angry, we get it.

    That being said, we NEVER solve problems with anger and aggression.

    Moreover, if you stopped SCREAMING, and if you read what is written, you would realize that my username is CERTIFIED SKY TRAINER, and my signature is "Approved Sky Partner Center." All this to say that I am not part of the Sky company. I am an independent consultant/trainer.

    One more clarification: I am participating in this forum on a VOLUNTEER basis.
    I therefore have NO obligation to respond to you, and even less to install software that I never use, just for you.

    Regarding the "terrible hotline," I suggest that you try calling them again. The technicians on it are very competent and very patient. That being said, if you speak to them in the same tone as here, I doubt you will get anywhere.

    Finally, if you think you have been cheated, please feel free to "return the software." You will probably buy another one, and in my opinion, you will certainly realize that the grass is not greener on the other side.
