Hello,
I have been using ProDevis Artisan version (ELCIA Devis Invoicing Joinery) and since then I can no longer use it nor contact the hotline; they are asking more than €560.00 to renew this service for only 1 year!
Here is the problem displayed:
IMPOSSIBLE TO CREATE LOCAL DATABASE
AN ERROR OCCURRED DURING SERVER CONNECTION .
THEN
ERROR DURING CONNECTION TO THE DATABASE
CHECK THAT YOUR MACHINE IS CONNECTED TO THE DATABASE SERVER
OR THAT YOUR DATABASE IS CORRECT
I would be grateful if you could please help me as I am in a very difficult situation without this program I can no longer work .
