Hello,
I'm tearing my hair out trying to contact someone at Free. I was told to call 3244 but they ask for my Free username and password, which I don't know because my ex-husband took care of everything related to computers, TV, subscriptions, etc... and I don't understand anything! I don't have a bill from them even though I am charged every month. When I search on Google, there is no postal address to write to them, nor any email or simply a phone number with a HUMAN CONTACT on the other end, and not a voicemail asking for a username or password THAT I DON'T KNOW. I'm fed up. I even went to the Free office on Rue Jeanne d'Arc where, after waiting in line, a young man simply sent me packing to tell me that in the office, they're only there to SELL subscriptions. In short, everything is fine as long as you don’t need them.
Is there someone who can give me either the postal address for Free for a complaint or an email to contact them?
