Hello,

After clicking on the channel menu of my recently purchased Toshiba Regza television, - automatic scan;
- update scan;
- manual analog scan.
None of these 3 options found any channels and I have a continuous message: "perform channel scan".
Could you please help me if you have faced the same problem?

      Thank you for your response.
      Collective antenna.
      TV source, in the settings, the channel menu shows automatic scan update scan and the rest is grayed out.
      HDMI source regza link, the channel menu has disappeared and I cannot proceed with any updates.
      For the past week, I haven't been able to watch TV due to its malfunction.
      I need help.
