    I finally found it! The Sims' tracking is the kind of rectangle above the character's needs table.

    Go to the Sims selection, have one of your Sims (like a hairstylist, etc.) leave the location, you'll see a rectangle with the choice between your Sims, make one join the other and there you go! :)
