[PC] Best open-world racing games? Solved

Hello,
I am looking for racing games where we can access a free mode like NFS Most Wanted 2012, or GTA where we can have fun on a bike, a helicopter, or a car...
Games I already have: NFS Most Wanted 2012
Games I have tested: F1 2012 (freezes), GTA IV (Intel HD Graphics card not powerful enough), NFS Hot Pursuit (no free mode), WRC Racing (freezes, a bit too simple).

I hope you can help me.

try Fuel, it's pretty good with a very large map in free mode to explore and plenty of cars to try out. There's also Euro Truck Simulator, which is for driving trucks freely. Uh, for the plane, there's Flight Simulator...

I recommend Burnout Paradise to you, it's awesome especially for your free Intel HD. Beautiful graphics with even very realistic motorcycles in its gameplay and completely in French.

Try Saints Row 3! It's awesome, you can have fun on a motorcycle, a helicopter, a car, planes, tanks, and a bunch of other stuff. It's kind of like GTA.
