far cry 3 text french

Hello everyone, I have the game Far Cry 3 that I got in English and I would like to switch it to French
I found a patch on a French patch site, but the texts are still in English which is quite annoying... do you have a solution for me please?

Simple, quick and effective:  -Create a shortcut to farcry3.exe -Go to the properties of the shortcut -In the field "target:" -You have the path in quotes "C:\Program Files (x86)\FarCry 3\bin\farcry3.exe" -Just add -languagefrench at the end -It should look like: "C:\Program Files (x86)\FarCry 3\bin\farcry3.exe" -languagefrench -Validate and launch the game and tadaa, the game is in French. For the rest, check the game options.

You simply need to change the subtitle language in the game menu or download the special launcher to select the language.

Hello, thank you for your response but I found the solution
actually I installed the French patch and I downloaded a language selector that I placed in the game's BIN folder, launching the game with it, the game is completely in French.

Hello, I just got Far Cry 3, and in the menu, I set the language selection to French. However, the interactions that are really videos are in French, and the others are in English. So, I set the subtitles to French and they work. But my problem remains that all the text in the game, the menu, the missions... everything is written in English and I don’t understand anything!! So I don’t understand because I set everything to French.

Does anyone have a solution to make all the texts, including the game menu and everything else, in French?
