SFR credit card scam WEB/WAP search

Hello,
My banker called me this morning to ask for confirmation about 2 debit card transactions that appeared. One is fine, the other one for 75 euros titled "SFR Recherche Web / Wap" is totally unknown to me. Since I rarely use my card, here are the 3 sites where I've used this card since I got it:
- SNCF, but I seriously doubt it
- Rare palm seeds, that's possible but improbable
- Cdiscount, payment in 3 installments

I think it's likely that there's an issue with the last one. It would be good for other victims of this scam or its twin sister called "orange fil 88" to compare their suppliers to see which of my 3 seems to be involved....

Best regards.

      Well then...
For me, it's a debit from SFRS WEB of €40...
And an online purchase a few days earlier at SNCF!!!

It would be surprising if your banker calls for €75.

Well, yes! Apparently, at the CCSO, there are serious people...

Above all, don't change bankers because a banker who cares about the interests of their clients is a species on the verge of extinction...
On the other hand, if there is fraud, they are obliged to reimburse the client so...
Too serious, the guy, hats off anyway!

On October 29, 2013, I had two debits from Sfr.web/dam, each of €75, and then on October 1, 2013, three debits from Orange 88, typically of €5, €15, and €75. I opposed at the bank, but I would like to understand why nothing has been done since this scam has been ongoing. I made purchases on the SNCF site; that's a common point with you, but I don't believe it. Which public service could explain the mechanics of the scam so that we are no longer victims?

Scammed today, the fraud service of my bank contacted me regarding a card purchase with the description "web search SFR" for an amount of €65. I did not make any purchase on SNCF.

Same day as the payment of a ticket (not an e-ticket, so no verification SMS) SNCF from abroad.

    Hello
As for the SFR Web / Wap charges, they must be prepaid SFR recharges paid by credit card, either you have recharged a phone belonging to one of your children or friends with a credit card, and since the rights are open, the recharges continue to be made by this means. First, contact your operator who will tell you more and do further research, and who may possibly remove your credit card. However, it could also be other purchases for third-party services such as VOD, GPS, weather service, or others... To avoid further purchases from your mobile, there is a free option that can be added to your mobile contract which will prevent other issues in the future, but your operator will be able to tell you more than I can.
    Have a good day.

I have just been a victim of a scam from SFR - LCA PUTEAUX. The customer service informed me that 3 payments of €75 appeared on my account and that they had blocked them. Only one €75 has been debited. A complaint has been filed with the police. I am waiting until the beginning of next week to see if the other 2 €75 are debited; then the case will be closed, and customer service will reimburse us.
I also went to SFR, but it's not their responsibility. They can't do anything, although this has apparently been going on for almost 10 years!!!
I have made online purchases in the past few months from Linvosges, Mephisto, Françoise Saget, and La Redoute.

I recharged €20 SFR by credit card on Sunday, July 4th, and on July 6th I'm told the credit is exhausted, €20 in 2 days, what's this nonsense?

    Hello everyone
we are in 2017 !!! Well the same goes for me, debited yesterday an amount of €55 with the operation title CB SFRS WEB 16/10/17
I contacted SFR before taking any action because I am a customer with them! They have no credit card operation in my name for this amount!
I just have to check with my banker when they open this afternoon
In the meantime, fortunately I check my bank transactions every day
    TO BE CONTINUED .....
