Fast travel issue in FAR CRY 3 [PC]

Hello,
I can't make fast travel in Far Cry 3 on PC. For the first mission, I'm asked to fast travel, but when I double-click on the icon ">>", it tells me that fast travel is not available at the moment. But that's what the game is asking me to do.
