Hello everyone, at least those who are reading me...
I’m going to acquire a screen for my PC, here is the description
http://www.surcouf.com/Catalogue/FicheProduit.aspx?TypeAction=goCar&idproduct=9631543
I would like someone to give me a viable solution to connect my Wii knowing that it is in RGB and that the screen is DVI/VGA.
Thanks in advance.
See you later

Hello everyone,
For those looking for how to connect the WII to a PC screen, I have an inexpensive solution (€20) that works!!! (tested by myself ^^)
For those who don't want to read the backstory, here's the link:
http://www.amazon.fr/G-Box-Boitiers-permettant-dordinateur-d%C3%A9finition/dp/B001RCU7NA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1314010420&sr=8-1
And for the backstory!!!:
I searched like you all for a way to connect my WII to a PC screen, not wanting to spend about €150 on a TV screen (which, according to sellers from any store, is the best solution...), finding myself in a University Residence and not really having the need for a TV...
I bought a box that costs €20 and performs this little miracle!
Several points that seem very important to me!
First: The box only costs €20, a solution for €20... "No comment"
Second: When you buy the box, in the box, you also receive a YUV cable (which costs €25 at Nintendo and allows you to connect the WII in HD and/or to the box to switch to VGA; the cable alone costs more than the box + the cable in this pack), you also receive a VGA cable and a Jack cable.
Third: The cable allows you to connect an XBOX and a PS3 as well (same YUV cable).
Fourth: The ease of use and the ability to switch between the console display and another display (e.g., PC)
Fifth: No sound issues, a Jack output on the box to connect your speakers ^^
In short, pure happiness for not much!
If I had to find some flaws...
- Is it really HD? Because VGA isn't exactly top-notch image quality, but maybe better than "composite"!
- It’s a bit cluttered with all these VGA cables, etc ^^
There you go for you, the Gaming community, and thanks for the number of times I found the answers I needed on the forums!
