Panne Matériel TOSHIBA SATELITTE L655

Question

Bonjour,

Le PC portable d'un monsieur que je forme présente des problèmes matériels.

Ordinateur : Toshiba satellite L655
Système d'exploitation : Windows 7 Home
Date d'achat : 2010

Symptômes :
Démarrage et arrêt est difficile voir plantage complet
Un Bruit continue de temps en temps bloquant complètement l'ordinateur nous amenant à devoir forcer l'arrêt de l'ordinateur
Blocage des applications Aléatoire

Outils Diagnostique Toshiba :
Disque dur insatisfaisant

Vérification des barrettes de mémoire RAM : OK

Vérification des virus et logiciels espions : néant

Conclusion : changement du disque dur et reformatage Complet

J'ai tenté de formater avec les CDs de restauration d'origine cependant cela a planté sur trois tentatives.
Plantage lors de l'installation Windows et / ou des logiciels.

J'ai donc reformaté avec un CD Windows sept normal et cela semblait avoir bien marché.

Cependant, au bout de quelques jours les mêmes symptômes ont recommencé.
Installation de nouveaux programmes difficile car souvent plantage à l'installation.

J'avoue je n'arrive pas à cerner le vrai problème mais d'après moi il s'agit bien d'un problème matériel et non logiciel.

Par tout hasard, sauriez vous me dire comment tester la carte mere, le ventilons et la carte graphique sur ce Pc ?
Disque dur ok 
Ram passe dans plusieurs tests dont memtest ok
Windows reformate et toujours les memes anomalies... Ecran se fige soit au demarrage soit dans n'importe Quelle appli.
Temperature 70% dans gestionnaire taches.

Pensez vous que je puisse l'amener par ex a Montgallet (Paris) et leur demander de me tester la carte mere et ventilo ?

J'ai demonte Pc pour verifier carte mere si pas de cable debranche et si pas de poussiere : tout semble ok.

J'avais l'idee de m'acheter un testeur cm pour faire le test moi meme ca me servira pour d'autres Pc. Mais est-ce vraiment fiable et pas trop complique a utiliser ? Car je m'y connais en depannage simple mais ca g jamais fait...

Sinon ca se trouve pas en location ces outils de test ?
