Hello everyone,

Here is my issue regarding the connection to Myspace. Indeed, it has been over a week since I have been unable to log into my Myspace account; the email and password are correct and since I can manage other Myspace accounts, the problem does not come from cookies or any other firewall, I am using the same computer for all.

So, I don't know what to do, even when I ask them to send me my password to verify that I haven't made a mistake, I see that it’s the right one but nothing works...

If anyone has an idea or explanation for this phenomenon, I would be delighted because the Myspace in question concerns an artist and their news and it is becoming quite annoying not being able to update it...

Hello, like you, I've had the same issues without resolution, so I took the lead and created another account that I rebuilt. I've, of course, lost all my validated friends, but it's not a big deal; at least now I can connect without any issues...

I think it's due to the recent official release of the French version of Myspace, which until then was in beta, and I believe some data has been lost...

Anyway, I don't have any problems anymore!

I manage 3 MySpaces, I can't imagine starting all over again, especially my personal one that I've had since 2006.
It should be noted that things are going badly at MySpace, they have laid off half of their staff, and the France office no longer exists. So it's not surprising that we encounter so many issues regardless of the browser used; I’ve tried them all, and each has different problems, at least on the new profile. Probably with an old browser and/or the old profile....??? From the information I've been able to gather, the future of MySpace is uncertain, and since it's free, what are our options?? For many music groups, it's the ideal promotion structure. If MySpace shuts down, it could be painful for a lot of people...

Good evening, I can no longer access my profile at all, I enter the correct name and password but it's just nonsense, "the snake that bites its own tail," as they say, I keep being asked to "sign in" over and over again. However, I regularly receive notifications telling me that my contacts are using the new MySpace!! I don't even know how to delete my account to stop receiving useless notifications now that I don't have access!!! And you can't even write to them for help; it's true that it’s been a while since I last opened my page, since my players disappeared, my photos too, it’s not really interesting anymore, but I have a lot of contacts that I would have liked to transfer to Facebook (if they are there), it’s silly because I used to really like MySpace... BEFORE!

I have exactly the same problem with an account I created yesterday, unable to log back in, the login email and password are correct nonetheless. With my other accounts, there is no problem, I sent an email to the "customer service" and I'm waiting for a response.

We all have the same problem, it's almost "reassuring". All the accounts created recently end up bugging, patience ...

I also created an account on MySpace Music. I was able to fiddle around with it for a bit, but after a few hours, I couldn't log back in, and since then... nothing. The password they send me by email is correct, but when I enter it, it is not recognized as such.
I contacted customer service, which sent me an automated email explaining to check that my email and password were correct, that my profile still existed, and to try with another browser (I use Firefox 2.0.0.1). I replied to clarify my issue and to tell them that I had already tried that, and since then, no responses, and it's been 3 days... (of course, I've sent at least one email a day so they don't forget me...) ;-)

I have exactly the same problem!!

I created a MySpace Music account this morning, and I already have a song on it!
The problem is that I can no longer access it! Yet I am 100% sure of my password and my email!!

It bothers me to create a new account because I haven't deleted my previous one, and I can't use an existing email during registration. And I would really like to delete the old account, because I don't want anyone to steal my music!!

If anyone can help me!

Latest news, I just recreated an account and spent 4 hours making a decent page, loading the pieces, re-inviting friends. I log out. I come back a quarter of an hour later... and it crashes too. I really think MySpace is going to drive me crazy...

Yes, but I can't even delete the old page since I don't have access to the "administration" mode of the account... that would allow me to recover the old address for the group page. That's why creating a new account bothers me a bit... But well, if that's what I have to do, and resend all the emails to notify everyone about our group's new page... I'll do it, but it annoys me!
What frustrates me the most is that I made sure to create this account on Myspace international, knowing that the French site was very (too) new...

Yes, it's true that the only solution seems to be to wait for it to calm down... and to harass their technical support, a task I've already dedicated myself to (7 emails from me and two replies from them in 3 days). But I think the more of us that send them emails, the faster they'll find a solution...
We need to motivate them a bit!!! lol
We can always exchange our MySpace contacts when everything is back to normal... if they solve this problem...

A few days ago, I wanted to change the initial email address of my Myspace account to my wife's email address while keeping the same password; after several attempts, I can no longer access my account with either address; the password is no longer recognized; who could help me fix this problem? Hello, I've had a mega problem for about 15 days.
I created a new email address on hotmail.com to receive messages exclusively from Myspace upon opening my account. It refuses to receive any messages from anyone. I've tried everything, in every way, but nothing works. Despite numerous follow-ups with Myspace's customer service, I still have no responses. I've attempted several times to click on the link that allows me to verify my email address in my Myspace account, but still nothing. When I try to change my address in my profile, I have to confirm the change in the first address, so... I'm totally stuck, since the first address doesn't receive any mail at all!!! This means no referrals, no friend invitations, no messages, etc...
It's a big mess...

Hello, we're two. I have EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU AND IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to be very firm in my follow-up with customer service and still no response. The solution might be to create another Hotmail address, but even that doesn't work !! I'm really fed up !!!!!

For issues related to email, I can't say anything, but for the inability to connect, you need to report it to the technical service (the French team, as they were the first to solve the problem) of MySpace. They send an email indicating different things to try. You must respond to them and don't hesitate to follow up. It can take time, but they solved my problem in about 2 weeks...

I've had this problem for several weeks as well. I've written to Myspace X times without a response. I asked Symantec if it was my antivirus that was blocking it... no response. I reset my internet options... nothing works. On my Outlook email, Myspace sends me messages to announce new posts, but I can't read them since I can no longer log in. I tried to recreate a Myspace account, but that didn't work. So I'm checking Myspace on a friend's computer or on my daughter's. So it's definitely coming from my computer... ?????

Advanced,
Click the box at the bottom left: only accept secure sites (https)

I'll try again during the day for confirmation.
