Myspace login issue Solved

Question

Hello everyone,

Here is my issue regarding the connection to Myspace. Indeed, it has been over a week since I have been unable to log into my Myspace account; the email and password are correct and since I can manage other Myspace accounts, the problem does not come from cookies or any other firewall, I am using the same computer for all.

So, I don't know what to do, even when I ask them to send me my password to verify that I haven't made a mistake, I see that it’s the right one but nothing works...

If anyone has an idea or explanation for this phenomenon, I would be delighted because the Myspace in question concerns an artist and their news and it is becoming quite annoying not being able to update it...

Hello, like you, I've had the same issues without resolution, so I took the lead and created another account that I rebuilt. I've, of course, lost all my validated friends, but it's not a big deal; at least now I can connect without any issues...

I think it's due to the recent official release of the French version of Myspace, which until then was in beta, and I believe some data has been lost...

Anyway, I don't have any problems anymore!

I have exactly the same problem with an account I created yesterday, unable to log back in, the login email and password are correct nonetheless. With my other accounts, there is no problem, I sent an email to the "customer service" and I'm waiting for a response.

I also created an account on MySpace Music. I was able to fiddle around with it for a bit, but after a few hours, I couldn't log back in, and since then... nothing. The password they send me by email is correct, but when I enter it, it is not recognized as such.
I contacted customer service, which sent me an automated email explaining to check that my email and password were correct, that my profile still existed, and to try with another browser (I use Firefox 2.0.0.1). I replied to clarify my issue and to tell them that I had already tried that, and since then, no responses, and it's been 3 days... (of course, I've sent at least one email a day so they don't forget me...) ;-)

Yes, but I can't even delete the old page since I don't have access to the "administration" mode of the account... that would allow me to recover the old address for the group page. That's why creating a new account bothers me a bit... But well, if that's what I have to do, and resend all the emails to notify everyone about our group's new page... I'll do it, but it annoys me!
What frustrates me the most is that I made sure to create this account on Myspace international, knowing that the French site was very (too) new...

I have exactly the same problem!!

I created a MySpace Music account this morning, and I already have a song on it!
The problem is that I can no longer access it! Yet I am 100% sure of my password and my email!!

It bothers me to create a new account because I haven't deleted my previous one, and I can't use an existing email during registration. And I would really like to delete the old account, because I don't want anyone to steal my music!!

Yes, it's true that the only solution seems to be to wait for it to calm down... and to harass their technical support, a task I've already dedicated myself to (7 emails from me and two replies from them in 3 days). But I think the more of us that send them emails, the faster they'll find a solution...
We need to motivate them a bit!!! lol
We can always exchange our MySpace contacts when everything is back to normal... if they solve this problem...

Hello, I've had a mega problem for about 15 days.
I created a new email address on hotmail.com to receive messages exclusively from Myspace upon opening my account. It refuses to receive any messages from anyone. I've tried everything, in every way, but nothing works. Despite numerous follow-ups with Myspace's customer service, I still have no responses. I've attempted several times to click on the link that allows me to verify my email address in my Myspace account, but still nothing. When I try to change my address in my profile, I have to confirm the change in the first address, so... I'm totally stuck, since the first address doesn't receive any mail at all!!! This means no referrals, no friend invitations, no messages, etc...
It's a big mess...

I've had this problem for several weeks as well. I've written to Myspace X times without a response. I asked Symantec if it was my antivirus that was blocking it... no response. I reset my internet options... nothing works. On my Outlook email, Myspace sends me messages to announce new posts, but I can't read them since I can no longer log in. I tried to recreate a Myspace account, but that didn't work. So I'm checking Myspace on a friend's computer or on my daughter's. So it's definitely coming from my computer... ?????

Oep I think the best solution finally is to redo a complete Myspace which involves rebuilding that friends list that took so long to create "I’m talking about friends with whom we actually made real contact of course" I also think about making one again but it stresses me out because since I no longer have access to my account I can’t see my new messages arf it’s a mess well anyway there you go!!!! The page exists. You can visit it. But my account and email address are no longer valid. So I tried to create a new MySpace account with the same email address and password, to check since you can only open one account per email address: and the account was created!!!! I didn't confirm it to avoid totally ruining my chances of coming back to my page one day... but I'm stuck. And I doubt that customer service will resolve anything... I really don't want to start a new page!!!!  Have you resolved this issue since then? Thanks

Here is the solution for everyone who can no longer connect properly to MySpace. I'm explaining the issues I've encountered lately, such as being unable to connect, the page being unavailable, not being able to read emails, not having the ability to access friends' pages, or even send them a message with a response like "you must have this person as a friend," not to mention quite a few little hassles that drove me crazy for a month. I finally found the solution to this problem; someone tipped me off, and it works!!!!   Alright, here’s the solution.  Noos changed its DNS servers to improve comfort and browsing speed. But being Noos, they messed up somewhere, and certain users can no longer access some sites.  The solution exists: change your DNS servers to those of OpenDNS, for example: www.opendns.com. (the registration is done on the site; just follow the instructions below, activate the link in the email, and everything will be back to normal) (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220), and on top of that, you'll really gain in speed.  With Noos's default DNS, I can't access MySpace. With OpenDNS, it's fine.  If you are behind a router, you need to configure the DNS on the router. Otherwise, go to Start / Control Panel / Network Connections select the Noos connection, then right-click Properties, select TCP/IP protocol from the list, then Properties, check "Use the following DNS server addresses," and enter those of OpenDNS (or other free DNS)  And hello MySpace :)  Good luck! Hello webprod  I am really happy because I finally meet someone who has exactly the same problem as me.... It's quite crazy....I logged in a week ago as I usually do, so no problem! When I wanted to log in a little later, my address and password were no longer pre-registered. I then re-entered them (knowing full well that trouble was starting)...impossible for them to be accepted (even though I've had the same address and password for months)...since I was a bit stubborn, I also got this message that appears, I don't know if you get the same: "This email address has attempted to connect too many times unsuccessfully. Please enter the verification code." Needless to say, the verification code changed nothing. I then tried like you that famous "forgot password" (even though it's correct, that's for sure:s)...and just like you, no password was sent to me (I tried the maneuver 3 times.... So I tried to log in from other PCs....the problem is the same (proof that it comes from the MySpace server and my account (same for you if you can access other accounts).. Anyway, I contacted them as you probably did....and I received the same recommendations as you (namely cookies, etc...)....I followed everything to the letter without success...  I'm exhausted, I just sent them another email to tell them that nothing has changed...I’m really losing my patience because I have no desire to create a new account (I had just redone my profile.....)  PS: I’m using Firefox (not great by the way when you’re dealing with crap like this)...and impossible to change the server....  I'm afraid that if I can't log in, they will delete the account permanently....  Forgive me for bothering you more with the MySpace troubles...just know that I am in the same situation....if you have any news, if you have managed to sort it out....please send me your valuable advice... I put 6 excerpts from my album "EXOTICA" so that you can listen to them. Since the change in Myspace's structure, when my page opens, the music no longer plays automatically and out of the 6 excerpts, only 3 work when clicking on each title, whereas before everything played automatically as soon as the page opened. Hello, I have the same system configuration and had the same issue: in Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/(tab)Privacy/Sites/Managed Sites/Domain -> delete the line myspace-always blocked. It seems to have fixed the problem; I just hope I haven't created others ;)

Here is my problem. I can access my MySpace page perfectly and can "work" on it, but it is absolutely impossible for me to send emails to my MySpace friends; they show up as blocked, and the messages are marked as unread.
