Hello,
My brother gave me a Gonomad tablet.
The problem is that when I turn it on, it gets stuck on the moving Android logo but doesn't progress at all since it doesn't start...
I've tried the reset as mentioned on many forums... Nothing...
Can you help me please, thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

In fact, I found that it was just a matter of leaving it plugged in for a while because the battery actually lasts only 15 minutes depending on its use (if you're watching a movie and if you're typing a text, it won't last the same amount of time).
So, once discharged, it gets stuck on ANDROID. But once charged, it works again :D

@geek: You need to leave it plugged in for about an hour. Well, it worked for me. First, unplug the keyboard that isn't needed during charging, then charge it all the way. Otherwise, is your tablet new? If not, it might be the battery that's dead, but if it's new like mine, charge it fully; it can take a few hours for everything to charge, and if you're unlucky, it discharges in 15 minutes... If the problem persists after a few hours, I recommend calling Gonomad's technical support, whose number is on the Internet ;)
@steven760001: Oh, you’re from 76 too? X)
Well, the original software here is pretty much the OS, and on the Gonomad, it's Android. I don't have a CD unfortunately, sorry. But maybe it can be unstuck. What's the problem?

I have the same tablet as you, but my tablet is frozen.
Do you have the original software so that I can reinstall it?
Thank you in advance.
You need to perform an initial charge for 24 hours without interruption.
Then, during the following cycles, at least 3, carry out a complete charge and discharge of the battery...
If that can help you...
To avoid getting stuck on the Android logo, you need to charge your tablet to 100%
Only then can you use it like on the first day ;)
