Open .spb file extension

Hello, I downloaded my contacts file from my Samsung mobile. The problem is I can't open it. What utility should I use to open this type of file?

      I have the same problem: opening the contacts.spb file.
      I can't find an option in Kies to open and save under a different extension.

    Pour ouvrir un fichier spb, vous devez télécharger l'application KIES et non l'application KIES 3. Après, c'est un jeu d'enfant : vous allez dans le fichier des contacts spb et vous les ouvrez sur votre PC avec l'application KIES. Vous pouvez même changer le format qui vous convient. Merci.

    I have the same issue for my contacts. I searched in the other chats, but I couldn't find any good links or conversion sites.

      Hi... otherwise, if you created a specific file for your contacts on Kies (a .spb or .csv file), you reopen it in Kies... all your contacts will be displayed... finally, you select them all then save as a .VCF file which will be readable on any Android (or OS if I'm not mistaken)

      PS: create a folder and then save as... otherwise, it’s a mess :)
