Open a *.spb or *.scv file

I transferred the data from my phone using Samsung's "smart switch."
I am unable to open the file "contacts.spb" or "contacts.scv," among others.

    Where do you want to charge them? On your mobile? Your PC? In any case, you need to use Smart Switch

      I have already transferred the data from my Samsung to my PC (W 7) via Smart Switch.
      It's the file on my PC "contacts.scv or contacts.spb" that I can't open
      So I'm looking for how to open these files

      Not possible with Samsung Kies which redirects me, given the reference of my smartphone SM A300H, to Smart Switch.

      Your 2nd file is called contacts.scv or contacts.csv? In the latter case, you can open it with Excel.

      Otherwise, the simplest method is to sync the contacts with GMail from the phone and access them from your PC.
