Hello,
after many attempts and even more misunderstandings,
I am unable
to get my printer out of a "ink system failure"
err 0xc19a0007 as I have been using
the Photosmart 7280 printer for more than two years and I no longer have the explanation guide...
if you could help me?? thank you for your attention

    Hello.

    You can try this:

    1. Press the "left arrow" key
    2. Press and release the "setup" key, then release both keys
    3. Press and release the "OK" button
    4. Press and release the right arrow button until the display says "System Setup Menu".
    5. The display should say "a condition of hardware failure". If it’s not there already, Arrow to "a condition of hardware failure",
    6. Press and release the "OK" button.
    7. The display should say "hardware failure state: Clear. Press OK to clear".
    8. Press and release the "OK" button. Message changes to "hardware failure state Cleared. Press Cancel to continue".
    9. Press and release the "CANCEL" button as many times as necessary until either "Welcome to Photosmart Express" appears, or "Ink System Failure" appears. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PRINT AT THIS STAGE.
    10. Using the power button, turn off the device and unplug the power cable from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
    11. Wait 30 seconds for the power to discharge, then plug the power cable into the wall outlet first, then to the back of the printer.
    12. Turn the device on. The printer may display the message "POWER BUTTON USE TO TURN OFF THE PRINTER" followed by "PRESS OK TO CONTINUE". Press OK.
    13. If the printer has already been initialized, then proceed to the next step. Otherwise, the printer starts the "ONE TIME INK initialization process". Allow this procedure to complete and do not interrupt it. Once the initialization process is complete, the printer will allow you to print a diagnostic page.
    14. To check the printer functionality, print an AUTO test page. If the auto-test prints, then the printer is ready for use or software installation.
